About our products

  • For handdrawn batik, imperfection is expected (spots, colour bleed, etc). The imperfections makes the handdrawn batik unique on its own.
  • Due to nature of handdrawn batik process, we only have 1 unit for each product. Exchange of sizes or product with exact replica is not possible.
  • Handdrawn batik is made with traditional dyeing technique. Wax and dye residue used in batik process remains with the batik sheet/clothes for several wash. Please read our product care page
  • As it goes for several wash, slight change of colour is to be expected. The colour may become more vibrant due to removal of wax and dye residue during the wash.
  • Batik Click makes the best effort to provide accurate measurement for each batik product at the time of measurement.
  • For batik clothes, Batik Click provides sizing (S,M,L, etc) and measurement for key components (body width, body length back, etc)
  • Just as our handdrawn batik, each human body is unique. For batik clothes, customer have read and understand the measurement provided in each product page.
  • Customer responsible for tax or duty charges applied in the destination address.

Processing and Delivery

  • Batik Click operates in Singapore and delivery is handled by Singapore Post.
  • Business days is calculation is based on Singapore and shipping destination
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packing
  • Estimated shipping time table for major cities:
    • Singapore: 2 days
    • Australia: 4-6 days
    • Indonesia: 5-8 days
    • Malaysia: 4-6 days
    • USA: 6-8 days

  • Customer is responsible for the customs clearance (tax, handling fee, etc) in the destination address.

Cancellation and Return

  • Customer allowed to cancel order during processing status. Customer can do this cancel action from the order history page under their account
  • Customer should email support@batik.click within 7 days after product is received for return request with reason for return and get approval before returning the product. We may request for product photos that show the defect to justify the return approval.
  • We do not accept any returns due to dislike of color or style. Batik Click have done our best as to make sure that the colour of product is as accurate as possible with the physical product. No colour alteration was made during publishing our displayed images. Slight difference is to be expected due to variables that cannot be controlled by us (lighting condition, screen brightness, LCD accuracy, etc).
  • We accept return for batik clothes that met the following condition:
    • Product and tag remain intact and in good condition
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Unaltered
    • Product defects (missing button, incorrect/loose sew, measurement inaccuracy)
  • We accept return for batik sheet that met the following condition:
    • Product and tag remain intact and in good condition
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Unaltered
  • Customer should pay for the return shipping with tracking code.


  • Batik Click will refund using through the same payment method when customer purchase the product
  • Batik Click charge 15% of product price for restocking fee. Eg: Purchase price is $69 and customer returned the product. We will refund $69 x (1-0.15) = $58.65
  • NO REFUND will be given if returned product is received and not as per customer description when applying for return or found that it does not meet our return conditions.
  • NO REFUND will be given for product returned to us without return approval.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for product inspection and refund processing.
  • We will refund you using the original payment method you use when you transact with us.
  • For some payment method it could take 10-15 days before the refund shown in your statement
